Observed bar beer cooler thermometer reading 50 degrees F. CA: Coolers should be adjusted to hold 41 degrees F or below COS: pic will have cooler serviced/adjusted before placing drink mixes into cooler. Health Dept. will re-check cooler

Observed dish machine not dispensing chlorine sanitizer at 50 ppm. CA: Dish machine must be testing at 50 ppm for chlorine. COS: pic changed sanitizer-primed and tested 50 ppm.
