Corrective Action: PIC was notified. No direct contamination of ready to eat foods were observed. All coolers were properly re-organized with raw animal stored on designated shelves away from ready to eat foods. Food employees were educated on proper storage of raw animal foods. They must be kept away from ready to eat foods at all times.
