Observed dairy and deli not date marked after opening. CA: dairy milk and deli meats must be date marked after opening. COS: pic discarded deli meat and milk.
11C - approved thawing methods used
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(c) - thawing (c)
Observed raw chicken set in pan of standing water on counter for thawing. CA: Food cannot be thawed in standing water (must use approved method) COS: pic placed chicken into running water in 3 compartment sink.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(q) - food storage (c)
observed ice buildup on boxes of food in reach in freezer. CA: Food should be stored in clean, dry location. COS: pic moved box of food and will have freezer serviced. Health Dept. will re-check
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed rinse area (disposal)in front of dish machine in need of repair. CA: Plumbing should be maintained in good condition. COS: work order is placed and health dept. will re-check.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed in use utensil (glasses) stored down in dry food. CA: in use utensils must be stored with handle above the top of the food. COS: pic removed utensils-health dept. will re-check in use utensils used.
