Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink in kitchen. CA: Hand washing sinks must be supplied with hand drying aids (paper towels) COS: pic placed paper towels at hw sink and will repair paper towel dispenser for future use.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed Chlorine sanitizer in 3 compartment ware washing sink while washing dishes not at minimum ppm. CA: Chlorine sanitizer must be testing at minimum ppm for sanitizing of food contact surfaces. COS: PIC remade bleach water and tested minimum ppm (50)
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used

observed chemical bottles stored touching bags of flour, above single use food packages and around food storage in kitchen. CA: Chemicals must be stored away from food and food storage area. COS: pic moved chemicals to designated area.
