There are tabs of chemicals present in the skimmers. Chlorine must be distributed to the pool via the filtration system. Remove the tabs from the skimmers. If the chemical feeders do not provide adequate chlorine to maintain chemical levels in the pool, then equipment may need to be changed to ensure proper functioning. Per CPO, chemical feeder functions. Tabs were placed in skimmers because water was added to the pool and he wanted to ensure chlorine level got back up. CPO removed tabs. Chemicals should never be added directly to the pool when bathers are present or when bathers have access to the pool.
