Observed TCS items in reach in cooler above 41 degrees F. (see temperatures above). COS discarded. Code: TCS food that uses cold holding as a control for safety shall be held at 41 F or below.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed the reach in cooler under the grill was not holding the correct ambient temperature of 41 degrees F or below. Code: Equipment shall be maintained in a state of good repair and proper adjustment.
