Observed that the facility is not marking the date of last use on all tags; there are several tages in the container that are not marked with the date. Facility is also not keeping shellstock tags in chronological order. Code: Facility shall write the date of last use on all shellstock tags, maintain them in chronological order, and retain them for at least 90 days.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed heavy accumulation of mold/mildew-like substance and slime inside the soda nozzles of the drink machine. COS. Soda nozzles removed and washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Code: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed that the chemical spray bottles in the front of house are not labeled with the common name of the product inside. COS. Labeled. Code: Working containers of chemicals shall be labeled with the common name of the product inside.
