The words "No Diving" does not meet the minimum height requirements for the depth markers. There is no universal symbol for No Diving present at each depth marker. The words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers. Correct prior to permitting 2028.

04(9)(d) The plaster is chipping and pitting in the pool. There are large areas of rough surfaces and chipped plaster. The tile at the stairs under the coping has buckled and is in disrepair; pieces of tile are present on the stairs. These areas should be repaired to prevent injury to bathers and ensure surfaces are smooth. All surfaces that come in contact with the user shall be finished so that they do not constitute a cutting, pinching, puncturing or abrasion hazard under casual contact and intended use. All materials shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
