Observed hand sink in warewashing area blocked by cart. COS. CA: PIC moved items. Code: Hand sinks shall be accessible at all times to employees.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(g) - jewelry (c)
Observed employees handling and preparing food while wearing watches and rings. COS. CA: Items removed. Code: With the exception of a plain band ring, no jewelry may be worn on the hands or wrists to include medical information bracelets.

Regulation: 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - displaying of the inspection report (c)
Observed that the current inspection report was not posted in the dining area and the drive thru; a previous score of 98 was posted and not the current score of 92. CA: The most current inspection report shall be posted.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Observed wet nesting of containers. COS. Unstacked and PIC properly informed employee. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be properly air dried prior to stacking.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed accumulation of debris and food on the floor throughout the facility. CA: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed employee belonging (hat) stored with and above food prep surfaces. COS. CA: Removed. Code: Employee items and activities shall be in a designated area to prevent contamination.
