Observed two pans of food in WIC not labeled or date marked. CA: Date mark any PHF to be discarded within 7 days of prepping/opening.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(8)(b) - expired foods (p)
Observed expired cream in refrigerator dated 3.6.26. CA: Discard any expired foods.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(a) - plumbing system, approved (p)
Observed dripping fixture at 3 compartment sink. CA: Repair/replace fixture ASAP. Could cause failure of septic drainfield.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed dirty handsink, food accumulation in areas around the kitchen, and dusty hood. CA: Clean all thoroughly.
