Observed to go cup dispenser overfilled and exposed food/lip contact surfaces. Do not overfill dispensers. Adjusted so only the bottom of the top cup is exposed. COS.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed accumulations of grease, oils, food particles, packaging and/or debris on floors of WIC and WIF and floors under cook line and make line stations. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations. Also clean ceiling vent covers. Correct by 2/22/26.
