Observed rice and beans being cooled at room temperature in a sealed container.
CA: Employee moved containers into an ice bath and a cooling procedure document was given to the PIC.

Observed container of salsa stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler.
CA: Employee moved containers to a raised shelf.
