Observed no cleaning agent (Quaternary ammonium) being pulled in 3-compartment sink. Lack of use of chemical sanitizer test kit in 3-compartment sink. Observed no concentration of quat from test strips in Sani-bucket. CA: PIC fixed sanitizer to pull correctly. Sani-bucket was dumped out and filled again to reach the correct concentration of sanitizer (Quat). PIC will have someone come look at the 3-compartment sink/chemical agent as well.
