Observed multiple bottles containing food contents in them (butter, water, etc.) not labeled in the kitchen area.

Observed gallons of milk in the Reach In Cooler with the "Use By" date as 11/14/25.
CA: Items were discarded by PIC.

Observed missing hanging thermometers in the Pull Out Coolers in the main kitchen area, and at a Beer Cooler in the bar.

Observed old food debris inside/outside of the storage bins (in the dry storage room) and in between equipment in the kitchen area.
