Observed hand sink at bar area with items stored inside. Educated Person in Charge (PIC) that all hand sinks must be readily accessible to employees at all times for proper handwashing. Hand sinks are to be used for handwashing only and must not be used for storage. PIC removed items from hand sink.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed buildup of slime inside the ice machine. All food contact surfaces, including ice machines, must be maintained clean and free of residue or buildup to prevent contamination. Educated Person in Charge (PIC) on proper cleaning and maintenance requirements. PIC stated the ice machine will be cleaned by close of business (COB) on 03/26/2026 and the establishment would increase the cleaning frequency.
