Original manager/person in charge was unavailable during the inspection. Appointed person in charge stated documents are in the locked office and was unable to provide written procedures and plans where specified in Chapter 511-6-1 including employee health policies and vomit and fecal clean up, and key drop. CA: Person in charge must be available with access to employee health policies, vomit and fecal procedures, allergen trainings and key drop agreements. Must be corrected within 3 days.
11A - proper cooling methods used: adequate equipment for temperature control

Observed dairy cooler on left side of front service area cooling milks with ambient air temperature of 50 degrees F inside. CA: Equipment must be sufficient to cool foods to 41 degrees F. COS: PIC moved milks to walk in cooler
