Observed hand sink with water temperature of 65 degrees F. CA: Handsink must be provided with tempered water reaching at least 85 degrees F. Must be corrected within 3 days.

Observed 2 containers of different pre-made single serve sauces stored on floor inside cabinet. CA: Food must be stored 6 inches off of floor. COS:PIC discarded sauce cups stating they were placed there to them from falling over when truck is in motion

Observed a high flow leak coming from water heater when water is turned on causing excess water onto surfaces and into cabinet under water heater. CA: Plumbing must be installed properly.
