Observed the refrigerators in room 204 not clean. CA: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. PIC will have the refrigerators clean

Observed the mattress stained in rooms 204, 207 and 224. CA: Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly. PIC will have the mattress cleaned.

Observed the mattress pads stained in rooms 207, 226 and 235. CA:Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Observed mold on the ceiling and wall in room 235. CA: Where ventilation ducts are used, ducts from toilet rooms shall not be connected into return ventilation ducts to any other room. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture. All new or major renovation of a tourist accommodation will require mechanical ventilation to be installed to the outside of the building separate from heating and air-condition systems. PIC will keep the room out of order until the bathroom has been cleaned

Observed no gas fired equipment form completed for the hotel. CA: All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Points to be inspected are proper construction and installation, malfunctions and adjustments of controls and burners, faulty heat exchangers and vent obstructions. Any defects found on inspection must be corrected by a qualified heating contractor prior to use of the equipment. Upon request, the operator shall provide evidence of inspection and/or correction of any deficiency. PIC will have the inspection completed

Observed the refrigerators in room 319 and 320 not clean. CA: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. PIC will have the refrigerators clean

Observed the draperies in room 325 and 329 not in good repair. CA: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. PIC will have the draperies replaced in the rooms

Observed the refrigerators in rooms 122 and 329 not clean to sight or touch. CA: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. PIC will have the refrigerators cleaned

Observed the mattress pad torn in room 325. CA: Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. PIC will have the mattress pad changed

Observed the toilet not clean in room 122. CA: Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. PIC cleaned the toilet

Observed the light outlet in room 233 in the bathroom not in good repair. CA: All electrical work and materials shall comply with the applicable International Electrical Code with Georgia Amendments and local laws, ordinances, or regulations. PIC will have the outlet fixed
