Observed the interior of the RIF near the fryer not free from an accumulation of food debris. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. PIC will have the RIF cleaned.

Observed the fume hood not free from an accumulation of grease. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC will have t he fume hood cleaned.

CA: Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. PIC discarded the drink.

Observed no paper towels at the employee hand washing sink. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual, disposable towels. PIC placed paper towels at the hand washing sink.

Observed no CFSM certificate posted in the facility. CA: The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times, and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority. PIC will have owner print a copy of certificate to be posted.

Observed hot and cold water not at adequate pressure at employee handwashing sink and restrooms. CA: Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under subsection (1)(k)1 and 2 to a temporary food service operation or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure. PIC has contacted maintenance to have someone to come out and fix the water pressure problem.

Observed employee without any hair restraints. CA: Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. PIC will provided employees with hair restraints.
