Proper separating and protection. Observed hanging bag of onion sitting on top of open bucket of prepped raw chicken. Chicken juice was visibly splattered on onions. CFSM/PIC brought stuff in to immediately pull onions and discard. Discussed walk in cooler separation planning, and discussed get different container uline container with wheel base and lid to completely keep product covered and counter act cross contamination.
