Observed the deli slicer with dried food debris in the upper part of the slicer. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be kept clean to sight and touch. PIC stated they only use the slicer during the holidays. Advised to store the slicer clean and to train employees to make sure to clean and sanitize all areas of the slicer, being careful to clean and sanitize the hard to reach areas. COS: Slicer was removed for cleaning and sanitizing.
