PIC stated that they have contacted repair company to repair the gasket on the cooler.

All TCS foods in the cooler were prepped at 1:55pm (cooling due to temperature being checked around 2:40pm, and were transferred from this cooler to the walk in cooler. CA: 1. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. PIC stated that they have contacted the repair company to fix the temperature of the reach in cooler.
