Observed the Low 1 Door Cooler (located under the coffee grinders in the front food service area) holding with an ambient temperature of 49F. CA: Equipment shall be maintained in a state of good repair. TCS beverage had been inside the cooler less than 1 hour - PIC moved the beverage to a working cooler. Advised not to hold any TCS beverage/food in the cooler until it is replaced or serviced and holding at 41F or lower (ideally 35F to 38F).
