Observed a sanitizer bucket (in-use) at 0ppm Chlorine. CA: Chlorine sanitizer concentration shall be maintained between 50ppm to 100ppm at all times. COS: PIC remade the sanitizer solution to 100ppm chlorine. Advised to always check sanitizer concentration with test strips.

Observed the inner ice machine with a black mold-like substance. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be kept clean to sight and touch. Advised to first melt the ice, the to clean and sanitize per the manufacturers instructions. Asked PIC to email a picture of the inside of the ice machine corrected by 01/19/24.
