pH was at 7.0

-pH was not in range at 6.9. COS at 7.4 on second reading.

-needed fresh tablets in chlorinator.

-Flow meter needed to be adjusted.

13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3ppm and no more than 10 ppm. Observed free chlorine at 2.07 ppm and again at 5.0 ppm.

13-198(a): All equipment shall be located in a permanent room or completely enclosed area. Observed equipment located outside of the equipment room and accessible to bathers.

13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times. Observed emergency phone not working.
