13-190(a)(7):An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute (GPM). Observed flow meter too small. Minimum flow meter reading to reach 6 hour turnover is 128gpm, highest reading on flow meter is 120gpm.

13-201(k): A minimum of 1 diaper changing station is required in each bathroom. Observed mens room missing baby changing table. no IHH at this time.

13-189 (c)(1) Free chlorine in all parts of the pool must be maintained between 3 - 10 ppm. The chlorine was observed at 0.10 and was corrected on site to 4.95.

13-189(c)(2) Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100 ppm. The cyanuric acid was observed at 151, 132, then 126 ppm.
