13-201(k):At all times, an adequately supply of liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels and shall be provided and stored in appropriate dispensers. Observed no paper towels in the men's bathhouse.

13-190(a)(7)An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gpm. Observed at 120 for the flow meter rate but raised the flow rate to 186.
