13-205(b)(1): the turnover rate for an outdoor pool shall be one turnover every six (6) hours; turnover rate observed at time of inspection to be lower than it should be; flow meter read approximately 60gpm

13-201(c)(3): 1 lavatory, with tempered water shall be provided for each 100 men or women; restrooms observed to have no hot water at time of inspection

13-190(a)(7): an adequately sized flow meter shall be installed. Obs: Max value is 120 gpm. According to volume, turnover rate should be 97gpm. Max value needs to be 1.5x of turnover rate (145.8).

13-183(d): code defines wastewater discharge (backwashing) as line discharging into sewer line. Obs: Backwash pipe is leaking. I was notified that it spills into stagnant water/pond adjacent to equipment room. There is a lot of water outside equipment room door.

13-198(b): Ready-access ventilation shall be provided by chlorine resistant fan. Obs: No fan present. There is an opening on top of door but the vent is loose.
