Observed the menu with no consumer disclosure statement for the raw served menu item Kitfo. CA: The reminder shall include asterisking the animal-derived foods requiring disclosure to a footnote that states:
(i) Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. (ii) Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed an accumulation of dirt and food residue on the wall near the prep sink. CA: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - Equipment, Food/Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (C) 2. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations.
- Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. COS: Food service employee washed and sanitized the wall from dirt and food residue during inspection.
