Observed live roaches crawling in areas of the main kitchen. Observed roach feces near main kitchen sink. PIC could not provide pest control during inspection. Observed no hand soap at hand sink upon arrival. Ca: (a) Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. COS employee supplies hand soap dispenser.
