13-201(k): An adequate supply of liquid soap shall be provided to bathers at all times. Observed no hand soap or liquid soap for showers. Instructed board member to get body soap before opening. No IHH at this time.

13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired telephone with direct 911 access or capability shall be readily availability at all times. Observed 911 phone not functional and kept in lifeguard room. Advised board member to remove old phone from pool deck and that a sign directing patrons to phone location is required.

13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed. Observed flow meter not functional.

13-196(a)(4): Each skimmer shall have a weir. Observed skimmer without weir.

13-202(m): Peak occupancy sign in clear view. Observed no peak occupancy sign in kiddie pool area.

13-189(c)(1): chlorine shall be measured at 3-10ppm. OBS: CPO adjusted chlorine from 0.28 to 8.02.

13-189(c)(1): pH shall be maintained at range of 7.2-7.8. obs: CPO adjusted pH from 6.6-7.6.

13-190(a): Pumps shall function properly. OBS: CPO cleaned out debris within the pump. This allowed skimmers to function properly and adjust for chlorine & pH imbalance.

13-189(c)(3): cyanuric acid shall not exceed 100 ppm. Obs: Cyanuric initially tested at 191ppm. After adjustment, it increased to 238.

13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing/vacuuming. OBS: visible debris such as twigs at bottom of the pool.

13-198(b): Enclosure must be ventilated with outside air by a chlorine resistant exhaust fan with vents located a max of 4 inches above floor level, equipped with automatic louvers to achieve cross-flow ventilation. OBS: No exhaust fan present.

13-189(c)(1) pool pH must be maintained between 7.2-7.8 at all times. pH observed at 6.9
