Observed a sanitizer bucket and bottle of mustard stored in the hand sink. COS items were removed.
A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.

Upon arrival, no paper towels were at the hand sink in the main kitchen. COS paper towels were placed at the hand sink.

Observed leak from faucet of larger three compartment sink.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed the exterior of kettles and coolers unclean to sight and touch. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

Observed uncovered trash receptacles inside both restrooms; A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.
