Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed a phone laying on the cutting board of the prep top cooler. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred. COS:PIC removed the phone, sanitized the area and washer her hand before proceeding.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed a phone laying on the cutting board of the prep top cooler. CA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions. COS: PIC voluntarily put the phone away in the area where there is not possible food contact surface contamination. PIC voluntarily sanitizer the cutting board and washed hands before preparing food.
