Observed rust present in the interior of the cooler located in the front section of the main kitchen.

Advised PIC to removing rust and monitoring regularly to prevent potential contamination of food or food-contact surfaces. Repair or replace affected components as needed.

Observed a buildup of debris and grease along the grill and fryer in the main kitchen at the time of inspection.
