Observed food handler drink water from Smart water bottle in the food prep area at kiosk. CA: Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. COS: Water bottle discarded.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed designated handwashing sink located in storage room obstructed with sanitizer buckets and a trash can in front of it. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. COS: Buckets and trash can removed.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf)
Observed handwashing soap dispenser lacking handwashing cleanser. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Inspectors had to open hand cleanser to properly wash hands.

Observed a case of Smart water bottles stored directly on the floor under prep sink. CA: At least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor.
