13-187(c): The operating permit shall be framed and displayed conspicuously as close to pool entrance as possible. Observed no permit, CPO informed that previous permit was never received.

13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired, weather proof telephone with direct 911 access or capability shall be installed.

Observation: The emergency phone seems to not have power. The lights do not turn on and the phone does not ring.

13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be operational.

Observation: Both flow meters are inoperable.

13-189(c)(2): cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm.

Observation: Cyanuric measured at 100ppm. Advised to drain and rebalance.

13-189(c)(1) Free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at all times between 3 to 10 parts per million (ppm) (OUTSIDE POOLS ONLY) Observed that pool free chlorine residual tested outside of mandatory range at 2.77 ppm.

13-189(c)(1) Pool shall be maintained in alkaline condition at all times with pH level between 7.2 - 7.8 Observed that pool pH test results showed pH level too low at 6.9.

13-187(c): The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable. Observed previous inspection was not posted.

13-190(a) All circulation system components, including filters, pumps, hair lint strainers, and other similar components shall function properly and be maintained in clean condition. Observed that one of the pumps for the pool was not operating properly.

13-190(a)(7) Adequately sized flow meter installed on return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute (GPM); Conspicuously located. Observed that the bobber piece for the flow meter was stuck at the bottom; unable to get accurate measure of circulation rate.

13-189(c)(1) Free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at all times between 3 to 10 parts per million (ppm) (OUTSIDE POOLS ONLY) Observed that pool free chlorine residual tested at 1.82 ppm exceeding mandatory range.

13-202(g) Operable hand wired weatherproof phone, with direct all access or capability installed in conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times in pool enclosure. Observed that emergency phone was not operational and numbers posted did not include property manager.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24-hour basis to maintain a turnover rate of 4 turnovers per day. Observed flow meter at 60 gpm indicating that the pool was not operating at the required rate to achieve proper number of turnovers. For pool of this size (34000 g) flow rate of 95 gpm required.

13-189(c)(2) Free chlorine residual shall be maintained at all times between 3 to 10 parts per million (ppm) Observed that free chlorine residual test results at 19.95 ppm exceeding acceptable range.

13-189(c)(1) Pool shall be maintained in alkaline condition at all times with pH level between 7.2 - 7.8 Observed that pool pH test results showed pH level too low at 7.1

13-190(a) Adequate flow meter shall be installed on return line. Observed that flow meter was stuck, unable to accurately determine gpm.

13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for pH and disinfectant at least 2 times each day. Observed that daily pool log indicated pool was being tested once daily.

13-196(a)(4) Each skimmer shall have an operating weir to provide effective skimming. Observed that multiple skimmers inside pool were missing their weir.

13-202(k) Pool shall be supplied with first aid kit equipped to treat at least 15 people. Observed that pool first aid kit needed to be restocked.

13-187(c): A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously placed near the operating permit. Observed that the pool operator certificate was not accessible.

13-201(C)(3): 1 lavatory with tempered water a temperature range of 70 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit shall be provided for each 100 men and women. Observed that restrooms did not have access to hot water.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated to maintain a turnover rate of 1 turnover every 6 hours. For a pool of 34,000 g, the turnover rate must be greater than 94 gpm. Observed turnover rate at 60 gpm.

13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for pH and disinfectant at least 2x daily. Observed last test date in 6/30/23.

13-189(c)(2): Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100 ppm. Observed cyanuric acid level at 105 ppm.

13-201(k): At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels shall be provided. Observed both bathrooms without paper towels.

13-201(K): Imminent health hazard exists if sanitary facilities are not functional. Could not confirm handicap male's bathroom was operational as it was locked from the inside. All existing facilities must be functional.

13-187(c): The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable. Observed previous inspection was not posted.

13-202(i): Each pool facility shall have in place an approved Emergency Action Plan (EAP). It shall be located to allow for immediate access in case of emergency. EAP template to be emailed to property manager. Current EAP missing required sections.

13-197(k): All pools shall have a safe, dedicated storage for chemicals, Observed chemicals on the floor of pump room. Must be moved to pallet/shelf.
