13-196(a)(4): Each skimmer shall have a properly designed and operating weir. Observed 3 of 5 skimmers without a weir. No IHH at this time.

13-201(c)(3): 2 lavatory with tempered water 70F to 104F shall be provided for each 100 women or men. Observed no hot water in either restroom, however water heaters were present just not functional. No IHH at this time.

13-191(4): Pool wastewater shall be directed to a sanitary sewer. Observed minimal water backing up out of backwash drain into pool equipment room. No IHH at this time.

13-190(a): Pool shall run on an adequate turnover rate to achieve a minimum of 4 turnovers per 24 hours.

Observation: observed flow meter at 120 gpm. They have a feature so it should be at minimum 187.5gpm.

13-201(c)(3): The bathroom shall have hot water with range of 70-104 degrees Fahrenheit.

13-189(c)(1): Chlorine levels shall be maintained within a range of 3-10ppm.

Observation: Chlorine initial reading was 10.73. The second reading is 11.73. The third reading is 11.41.

13-202(m): Rules must contain at a minimum the 12 statements.

Observation: The sign is missing these rules-- Bathers with opens wounds, skin conditions or any communicable condition not allowed; No spitting, spouting, blowing nose, or any bodily excretion allowed; No running, rough or boisterous play allowed.

13-201(c)(3): The bathrooms shall have tempered water with range of 70-104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Observation: No hot water in bathroom sinks.

13-201(j): The bathrooms shall have trash cans with a lid, and liner.

Observation: The bathrooms have a lined can but no lid.

13-202(d) Life saving equipment shall be mounted in a conspicuous place and be readily available for use. Observed that life saving equipment was not mounted in a conspicuous place.

13-190(a)(7) An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate gallons per minute. Observed flow meter with bobber piece stuck at the bottom of meter and could not show accurate flow rate.

13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and shall be conspicuously posted in the pool area. Rules must contain at a minimum the twelve statements in pool code. Observed that pool rules signage was down upon arrival.

13-201(k) At all times an adequate amount of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels shall be provided. Observed that during inspection soap was missing from men's restroom and paper towels missing from women's restrooms.

13-201(b) Shower with tempered water with a temperature range between 70 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit shall be provided. Observed that deck rinse shower was leaking.

13-187(c) Operating permit framed and displayed in public view at all times as close to pool entrance as possible. Observed that pool operating permit was not posted in the pool area.

13-202(a)(2): Entry into pool area shall be at shallow end of the pool through self closing, self latching gate or door. Must be able to self close when opened 4 inches or more as measured from latch to latching mechanism. Observed that pool gate going to restrooms next to deck rinse shower did not self latch.

13-202(h): Phone number of pool operator, manager, and of health department shall be posted next to phone. Observed that emergency phone contact list needs to be updated.

13-189(c)(1): Free chlorine residual in all parts of pool shall be maintained at no less than 3 ppm and shall not exceed 10 ppm. Observed that pool chlorine test results were at 1.37 ppm.

13-201(b): A shower with tempered water with a temperature range between 70 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit shall be provided. Observed that deck rinse shower was not operational.

13-201(c)(4): If there is a bathhouse: 1 shower with tempered water with a temperature range of 70 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit shall be provided for each 100 men or women. Observed that pool restrooms locked during inspection, dressing showers inaccessible.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four-hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of turnovers per day. Observed-Flow meter indicated equipment operating at a rate that will not achieve the required number of turnovers. Required rate is 125 gpm and meter was observed at 75 gpm.

13-202(i): Each pool facility shall have a departmentally approved Emergency Action Plan with the following sections: Chemical Emergency Evacuation Plan, Emergency Crisis Plan, Water Rescue and Injury Plan, and Drill Procedures for Emergency Situations.

13-202(k): Each pool shall be supplied with a readily available first aid kit equipped. observed; first aid kit hand handle is broken and needs to replace it.

13-198(c): observed leaks in the equipment room. notes to label/ pipping must be identified clearly and mark.
