Observed boiled eggs and butter cream stored above 41 F. Advised pic that TCS food items should be stored at 41 F and below. COS. The butter cream was discarded. The boiled eggs were brought down to 41 F.

Observed 2% milk with date marked by delivery date instead of open date or discard dates. Advised pic to date mark foods by open date or discard date if food will be used for more than 24 hours. Discussed 'Just date it" hand out with pic.
