Observed lighting fixtures with dark brown build up. PIC stated engineering/maintenance has been informed of this and has not changed lighting fixtures/covers. PIC provided 72 hours to perform all repairs.
CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
