13-201(c)(3) Laboratory with tempered water with a temperature range of 70F to 104 shall be provided for each 100 men or women. There wasn't hot water coming out of the faucet in the male and female bathroom.

13-184(e)(5) Imminent health hazard exist if the sanitary facilities are not functional or if the facilities are not maintained in a clean and sanitary conditions. One toilet in the female bathroom isn't working.
