13-201(b): A shower with tempered water ranged 70F and 104F shall be provided at each pool entrance. Observed no deck shower present.

13-189(a)(5): Pool shall be kept free from dirt/debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming, visible scum shall be removed immediately. Observed build up on pool steps and seat.

13-189(c): An approved test kit shall be provided and used. Observed no test kit for residents to use between company visits and tests (2x/week). Advised CPO to keep kit in equipment room for residents.

13-189(c)(1) Free chlorine residual shall be maintained at a concentration of not less than three parts per million(3ppm) at all times. Free chlorine shall not exceed ten parts per million(10ppm). First chlorine test was a 11.99 and second chlorine test was 12.35.

13-189(c)(1) The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with a pH level between 7.2-7.8. pH level was at 6.7 today.

13-189(c)(2) Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Cyanuric acid was at 103 today.

13-190(a)(7):An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute (GPM). I observed the flow meter running at 40 GPM and is too low of range.

13-201(c)(3):1 lavatory with tempered water with a temperature range of 70F to 104F shall be provided for each 100 men or women. I observed no hot water heater or no hot water in the lavatories.
