13-190(a): Equipment shall be operated continuously to obtain minimum required number of turnovers per day. Observed flow meter reading of 210 GPM. Required turnover of 6 hours; flow meter reading of 211 GPM.

13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and conspicuously posted in the pool area. Observed signage with required statements but could not read "bather load" or "hours of operation" statements as their writing has faded.

13-201(k): A minimum of 1 diaper changer station shall be provided in both men's and women's restroom. Observed diaper changer station in neither restroom. No imminent health hazard present. Pool allowed to re-open.

13-201(c)(3): A lavatory with tempered water (70 - 104 degrees F) shall be provided. Observed no hot water in both men's and women's restroom. No imminent health hazard observed in restroom. Pool allowed to open.

13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone with 911 access shall be readily available at all times within the pool area. Observed phone would dial but would not connect- could only hear static. *Critical violation- imminent health hazard present. Pool closed.

13-202(k): First aid kit must be mounted in a conspicuous location or adequate signage shall be posted. First aid kit is not in a conspicuous location nor is there signage for it.
