Observed no paper towels near the hand sink of the main kitchen.
Hand Drying Provision (Pf) (b) Hand Drying Provision. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:
- Individual, disposable towels; Pf
- A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; Pf
Food service employee added paper towels near the hand sink.

Observed two containers of premade slushie with removable lids stored directly on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Also observed a bin of batter stored directly on floor of the main kitchen.
Food Storage (C) (q) Food Storage.
- Except as specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this subsection, food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food: (i) In a clean, dry location; (ii) Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (iii) At least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor.
- Food in packages and working containers may be stored less than 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor on case lot handling equipment if the equipment can be moved by hand or by conveniently available apparatuses such as hand trucks and forklifts.
- Pressurized beverage containers, cased food in waterproof containers such as bottles or cans, and milk containers in plastic crates may be stored on a floor that is clean and not exposed to floor moisture.
PIC sanitized the bottoms of the containers and the batter that were in contact with the floor and properly elevated them off the floor.

Observed a basket of hot dogs stored on the divider between compartments of the three-compartment sink, located next to unclean dishes.

Jewelry (C) (g) Jewelry. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.
