Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(g) - jewelry (c)
Observed a food employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring while preparing food. Employee was observed wearing a wristwatch and additional jewelry on the wrist.
Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band, food employees may not wear jewelry, including medical information jewelry, on their hands and arms while preparing food.
Corrective Action: Employee removed all jewelry and properly washed hands.

Observed employee with ineffective hair restraint. Observed several employees with hair longer than 1/2 inch preparing drinks and pizza with hair no properly restraint.
Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch.
