Observed free chlorine residual at greater than 12 ppm.

13-189(c)(1) a free-chlorine residual shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than three parts per million (3ppm) at all times. Free chlorine (stabilized or unstabilized) shall not exceed ten parts per million (10ppm) except when super-chlorinating or shocking the pool.

Observation: Observed pool water pH level testing at 6.6.

Violation: 13-189(c)(1), the pool water shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with a pH level between 7.2 and 7.8. Observed pH level was below the required minimum range.

Observation: Observed two out three weirs missing

13-196(a)(4) Each skimmer shall have a properly designed and operating weir or other departmentally approved means of providing effective skimming

13-189(c)(2) Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm.

Observed cyanuric level at 110ppm

Observation: Observed handrails not securely fastened and loose at the pool area.

Violation: 13-184(e)(5), handrails shall be properly installed and maintained in a secure condition. Unsecured handrails are considered an imminent health hazard due to the potential safety risk to patrons.

Corrective Action: Immediately repair and tighten all loose handrails to ensure they are securely fastened and safe for use. Maintain handrails in good repair and routinely inspect for stability to prevent safety hazards.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required turnover rate. Could not get an accurate reading on flow meter.

13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation in GPM. Flow meter was not operating.

13-189(c)(2): Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Pool was observed at 132ppm.

13-202(i) Observed no EAP plan in place.
