13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain minimum required of one turnover every six (6) hours (pools). Pool was observed at 120GPM and should be reaching 153GPM.

13-189(c)(1). Proper Test Kits available. An N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine(D.P.D) TEST KIT or other approved method by the department to measure Free Chlorine residual shall be provided and used. At the time of inspection, teh test kit provided was observed with expired chemicals. Chemical expired between (6/25 to 9/25). Person in charged ordered a new kit during the inspection.

13-189(c)(6) The water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of pool at the deepest point are clearly visible. The bottom of pool was not visible at time of inspection.

13-190(a)(7) An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate rate of circulation in gallons per minute. Flow meter not working at time of inspection.

13-196(a)(4) Each skimmer shall have a properly designed and working weir. At time of inspection weirs were missing.
