Observed leak at 3 compartment sink of mobile unit. Water pressure is very low, unable to wash equipment and utensils on mobile unit.
Proof of leak being fixed must be provided to local health authority.

Mobile unit unable to provide potable water hose for getting fresh water.

Observed missing trash receptacle at base hand sink.
If disposable towels are used at handwashing sinks, a waste receptacle shall be located at each handwashing sink or group of adjacent sinks.
