The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. COS old inspection reports were removed.

Observed clean food container stacked wet. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. PIC advised to allow utensils to air dry. COS items were arranged to allow air drying.

Observed mold like growth on slushie machine dispenser nozzle. PIC advised to clean and sanitize nozzle. CA. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS. Nozzles were removed and cleaned.

Observed condensation inside walk in cooler dripping onto packages of tortillas and shredded lettuce. COS items were moved. PIC advised to repair unit and not store food in this area until issue is resolved.

Observed TCS food cold holding above 41F to (due to malfunctioning undercounter cooler and broken gaskets on both cooler doors) see asterisks in temperature log. Advised to replace gaskets and have undercounter cooler repaired. COS- all foods discarded or relocated to walk-in freezer for rapid cooling. Premise visit will be conducted no later than 7/21/23.

Observed sanitizer buckets reading at 100ppm quat ammonium. Advised PIC to use different sanitizer solution methods until sanitizer pump system has been serviced.

Observed sunlight coming through back door on the side. Advised to fix door frame to allow door to seal tightly without sunlight coming through on the side of door.
