Observed 2 spatulas and a pair of tongs in dish sink next to grill upon entering facility.
CA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
COS - PIC removed items from hand sink before inspector commented
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored

Observed clothes used for wiping counters stored dry on counters.
CA: 2. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be: (i) Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration of 50-100ppm chlorine or 150-400ppm quat and (ii) Laundered daily. 3. Cloths in-use for wiping surfaces in contact with raw animal foods shall be kept separate from cloths used for other purposes.
