Observed food debris in front hand sink (by grill) indicating use for purposes other than handwashing
CA: 1. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. 2. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
COS: Kitchen manager told staff to not use hand washing sink for other purposes. Inspector provided handwashing for this sink

Observed foil lined shelves in kitchen area next to fryer, PIC stated they were to deal with splash/spray from fryer.
CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.
COS: PIC removed foil from shelving unit
